Hello loves! Happy Friday! This weekend is so special for us because Andrew and I are celebrating our 1st year wedding anniversary on Sunday! Everyone says that it goes fast but holy cow, I can’t believe it’s almost been a year. I’ll be finally posting all of our wedding videos and photo’s that I haven’t yet shared! I’ve been prepping so much content for the celebration and I can’t wait to share.
Anyways, I haven’t done an all black look in a while and I’ve just been so driven by color. Now that fall is like days away, I’m feeling more moody vibes. I love mixing textures and fabrics and this top actually feels like butter and I LOVE the puffed out sleeves and it pairs so well with this skirt, which has an edgy, embellished, tighter feel. Just a quick style tip, whenever I have a high neckline, I always put my hair up and add a bold lip. This way, your hair doesn’t take away from the details of the outfit but bolder colors on the lips doesn’t leave the face forgotten.
Tomorrow, I am going to try to convince Andrew to take me to a pumpkin patch. He actually hates doing stuff like that but I am trying to use the leverage of it being our anniversary this weekend into making him do something he’s rather not that into. If he’s in a really good mood, I’ll also try to convince him to take me to get fall decor from HomeGoods too. If you know my husband, a mini tantrum will probably be involved (they usually only last about 10 minutes LOL!) but it should be an eventful and fun weekend regardless.
