When this time of year comes around, you bet I have some of my fabric types of outfits to wear. If you have been following my blog for some time you know that I love fabrics with rich texture. The idea of looking expensive versus paying expensive prices has a lot to do with the accessories you wear, the fabrics and or prints that you choose, and the way that you carry yourself. This entire outfit minus accessories is under $60. This includes the skirt, jacket and blouse. Unheard of!!!
My photographer Yash, who is awesome btw, was telling me a few weeks ago was shocked when I told him the price of one of my outfits. He said that my clothes always look SOOO expensive and had no idea how inexpensive they really were. I have to say, this is one of my talents. I use expensive accessories (like this Gucci belt that was worth every penny) that I can reuse over and over again and find fabrics with texture and pattern to complete the look. I also carry myself with a good amount of confidence and no one would have ever know that I bought these three items under $60.
I really recommend this skirt which is only $17!!! You can get so much wear out of pieces like this. Tweed is also usually a pricier fabric so if you can find a fabric that’s good quality and at a good price point, add to cart immediately! Hope you all enjoyed this post! Thank’s for stopping by!
