I leave town tomorrow and am happy to change up the scenery a bit. Although I am really getting acquainted in our new home it is always fun to get out of the area. Last week I went over the Galveston to shoot some outfits and found the location surprisingly beautiful.
I got inspired by Pinterest lately and started down the rabbit hole of nude lougewear. I loved how chic it looks and the comfort level is certainly noteworthy. The fabric is really light so it falls effortlessly against your frame but wasn’t too heavy or warm. It is perfect for the changing climate to warmer temperatures and also a perfect look for the airport.
This marks my first official shoot and blog post in Houston, TX. If you saw my stories on Instagram yesterday you saw they yes we have moved from sunny south Florida and are now Texas locals. Andrew is developing his first retail center out here and it being his first retail community, he has to be here…
To bring out some sunshine on this Monday morning I thought this outfit was fitting. One of my favorite fashionistas is Olivia Palermo and even though this might not be her typical type of outfit, one of the things that I admire about here is that she is so good at mixing prints. She pulls it off so well and I wanted to give it a go too.
This outfit I styled last week around these adorable nude frill shorts. I love nude anything and I think the ruffle edges just scream spring! I originally thought I ordered the matching crop top to this outfit as well but made a boo boo and actually ordered two pairs of shorts instead. Oy Vey!!
